Linda and I embarked on the journey of establishing Century 21 Seller's Choice in 1998 with a clear vision in mind. During our due diligence in opening a real estate office, we both envisioned a dedicated service to agents and customers in St. John's. While exploring various brand options, the conversation with Century 21 resonated deeply with their understanding of customer-centricity and passion.

The foremost goal was to provide exceptional support to agents, recognizing that they had not been served as effectively as they deserved in their efforts to assist customers. By empowering agents, we believed we could enable them to deliver the highest level of service to their clients.

Choosing Century 21 as the franchise for the company was driven by the alignment of their values and our vision. The systematic approach to buying and selling real estate offered by Century 21 resonated strongly. It provided the language we loved to hear, promising a consistent and reliable process to ensure successful transactions every time.
